CS FUNDA — Terms of Service

To use CS FUNDA you must be 13 or older, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian’s permission to enrol and transact.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Contact [email protected] immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

When you enrol in a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access its content for your own learning. You may not share, resell, record, or redistribute any course material.

Access to a course continues for as long as it remains active on the Service, unless your access is revoked for a breach of these Terms.

Course prices are shown on the Service in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices may change from time to time, but a change will not affect a course you have already paid for.

Please see our Refund Policy on this site for full details of when refunds apply. If approved, the amount is credited to your original payment method within roughly 5–7 business days.

Where digital content has already been meaningfully accessed or downloaded, a refund may not be available except as mandated by applicable law.

The Service and its educational content are provided “as is” for learning purposes. While we work hard to keep content accurate and the Service available, CS FUNDA does not guarantee any particular exam result, uninterrupted availability, or that the content is error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CS FUNDA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not pirate, copy, or redistribute content; attempt to bypass payment or access controls; upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing material; or interfere with the Service’s security or operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

You are free to leave and delete your account whenever you wish. We may limit, suspend or end your access where you break these Terms, where the law requires it, or if CS FUNDA stops operating on the platform.

Everything on the Service — course videos, notes, tests, logos and other content — belongs to CS FUNDA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Using the Service does not give you any ownership of that material.

Indian law governs these Terms, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Where a change is significant we will give in-app notice and update the “Last updated” date shown above, and your continued use signals acceptance of the new Terms.
